Dubai View Dining Guide
The Best Restaurants in Dubai with a View, Rated Honestly
A view is the easiest thing in Dubai to sell and the hardest thing to cook. Put a table high enough above the Burj Khalifa or the Arabian Gulf and the room fills itself, which is exactly why so many of the city's view restaurants let the kitchen coast. The honest question is whether the food earns the view.

So we rated by the plate first and the panorama second. We cross-checked the MICHELIN Guide Dubai, What's On, Time Out, Gulf News and Gault&Millau, then graded each spot S to C on whether the meal justifies the altitude. Where a famous height is charging a view tax, we say so.
As cravd testers rate these in the app, their honest tiers show up here too, from people you'd actually trust with a special-occasion booking.
The short answer

S is the view room where the food is as serious as the panorama, proven here by a Michelin star (Al Muntaha, Ossiano). The famous heights where you clear a steep minimum for the altitude drop to C on value, however unforgettable the view, because the kitchen is the supporting act.
The picks, ranked
- S · Legendary
Al Muntaha
Burj Al Arab, 27th floor
The view restaurant that genuinely earns it. Two hundred metres up the Burj Al Arab, with the Gulf on every side and a French-Italian kitchen under Saverio Sbaragli that holds a Michelin star in the 2025 guide and scored 17 at Gault&Millau. The rare case where the plate is as serious as the panorama.
The special-occasion view with the food to matchSplurge - S · Legendary
Ossiano
Atlantis The Palm
The other starred view, and the most theatrical in the city. Grégoire Berger's seafood tasting menu is served against a floor-to-ceiling aquarium of sharks and rays, holds a Michelin star, and took 17.5 at Gault&Millau. The view is underwater, and the cooking stands up to it.
A once-a-year underwater tasting menuSplurge - A · Excellent
Pierchic
Al Qasr, Madinat Jumeirah
The most romantic sea view in Dubai, on a wooden pier reaching out over the water with the Burj Al Arab in the frame. A Michelin Selected seafood kitchen that is reliable and well executed, and few tables in the city sell the occasion better.
A proposal-level sea viewSplurge - A · Excellent
Al Mahara
Burj Al Arab
The Burj Al Arab's famous aquarium restaurant, a circular room wrapped around a giant floor-to-ceiling tank. Michelin Selected, seafood-led and genuinely special, with a setting that competes with Ossiano for pure drama.
An aquarium-side seafood dinnerSplurge - A · Excellent
Prime68
JW Marriott Marquis, Business Bay
A serious steakhouse on the 68th floor with wraparound picture windows over the whole skyline. It sits at S in our [best steak in Dubai](/guides/best-steak-in-dubai) guide, and here it is the view pick where the food would hold up even at street level. Rare for a tower.
A skyline steak dinner that deliversSplurge - A · Excellent
SUSHISAMBA
Palm Tower, 51st floor
A high-energy Japanese-Brazilian-Peruvian room on the 51st floor of the Palm Tower, looking down the length of the Palm to the sea. The Nikkei cooking is genuinely good, so the altitude is a bonus on top of the food.
A lively Nikkei dinner with a Palm viewSplurge - A · Excellent
Tasca by José Avillez
Mandarin Oriental Jumeira
A Portuguese room from the José Avillez stable with a double view, the blue of the Arabian Gulf on one side and the Burj Khalifa skyline on the other. The cooking has pedigree and the dual aspect is rare, which earns it a strong A.
Sea and skyline in one sittingSplurge - B · Good
CÉ LA VI
Address Sky View, 54th floor
A rooftop Asian restaurant and bar on the 54th floor with a straight-on view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains. The food is good and the setting is the star, so it is a reliable sunset booking without being a destination kitchen. Lunch sets are the value window.
A Burj Khalifa sunset drink and dinnerSplurge - B · Good
High Society by Jean Imbert
The Lana, Business Bay
A newer rooftop at The Lana from Jean Imbert, trading on a dressed-up Downtown and Burj Khalifa view. Stylish and fun, and best judged as a glamorous rooftop evening where the panorama does a lot of the work.
A dressed-up rooftop nightSplurge - B · Good
Mercury Lounge
Four Seasons Resort, Jumeirah Beach
A rooftop lounge over Jumeirah Beach with a sweeping sea-and-skyline view and small plates to match the cocktails. More a sundowner spot than a full dinner, and a dependable one, so go in expecting a lounge.
Beachside rooftop sundownersMid - C · Fine
At.mosphere
Burj Khalifa, Level 122
The world's highest restaurant, on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa, and the view is as breathtaking as it sounds. It lands at C for one honest reason: you clear a steep minimum spend for the altitude, and the kitchen, while competent, is not what you remember. Go once for the height, and know that is what you are buying.
A once-in-a-lifetime altitudeSplurge - C · Fine
Aura Skypool
Palm Tower
The 360-degree infinity-pool lounge high on the Palm Tower, with a genuine wow factor and a real panorama of the Palm and the Gulf. The session fee buys the pool and the view, and the food is the supporting act, so it is a C on value as a dining pick while being a great afternoon out.

How to pick a view restaurant in Dubai
Start with one filter: would you eat here if the windows were bricked up? If the answer is yes, you have found a real restaurant that happens to have a view (Al Muntaha, Ossiano, Prime68, SUSHISAMBA). If the answer is no, you are booking the altitude, and you should price the evening as a one-time experience and keep expectations in check.
The tell is usually the minimum spend. When a place charges a high per-head floor just to sit down, the view is the product. That is fine for a birthday or a visitor's bucket list, as long as you go in knowing it.
The best view restaurants where the food earns it
Only two view rooms in Dubai hold a Michelin star, and they are both here: Al Muntaha, two hundred metres up the Burj Al Arab, and Ossiano, set against the Atlantis aquarium. Those are the safe S bookings when you want the panorama and a meal you will actually talk about.
Just below them, Prime68 and SUSHISAMBA are the towers where the kitchen would hold up at street level, and Pierchic and Al Mahara trade on a sea view that few places on earth can match. This is the same logic as our best restaurants in Dubai guide: the setting is a bonus on top of real cooking.
The best sea-view and rooftop restaurants
For the water, Pierchic's over-sea pier and Al Mahara's aquarium are the headline sea views, with Tasca and Mercury Lounge adding a beach-and-skyline angle from Jumeirah. For the skyline and the Burj Khalifa, CÉ LA VI and High Society are the dressed-up rooftop evenings, best timed for sunset.
A booking tip that holds across all of them: reserve a table 30 to 60 minutes before sunset, so you get the city in gold light and then lit up after dark in one sitting.
The view tax: when you are paying for the altitude
The two most famous heights in the city are the two we rate lowest on value. At.mosphere on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa is the world's highest restaurant, and Aura is the 360-degree infinity pool on the Palm Tower. Both are genuinely spectacular and both are built around a steep entry price for the setting.
Neither is a bad evening. They are a C because the food is the supporting act and the bill is mostly the elevation. Go once for the occasion, and spend your serious dinner money at the rooms where the kitchen earns the window.
Head to head
The Michelin view room vs the altitude novelty
Only two view rooms in Dubai hold a Michelin star, and they both deserve the window.
Frequently asked
What is the best restaurant in Dubai with a view?
Al Muntaha, two hundred metres up the Burj Al Arab, is the honest pick: it holds a Michelin star in the 2025 guide, so the French-Italian cooking matches the Gulf view. Ossiano at Atlantis is the other starred view room, served against a floor-to-ceiling aquarium.
What is the best sea-view restaurant in Dubai?
Pierchic, on a pier reaching out over the water at Madinat Jumeirah, is the most romantic sea view in the city, with the Burj Al Arab in the frame. Al Mahara inside the Burj Al Arab wraps you around a giant aquarium. Both are Michelin recognised and both sell the occasion.
What is the highest restaurant in Dubai?
At.mosphere, on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa, is the world's highest restaurant. The view is extraordinary. We rate it a C on value, because you clear a steep minimum spend for the altitude and the kitchen is the supporting act, so treat it as a once-off experience.
Is there a Michelin-starred restaurant in Dubai with a view?
Yes, two. Al Muntaha in the Burj Al Arab and Ossiano at Atlantis each hold one Michelin star in the 2025 Michelin Guide Dubai, and both are genuine view rooms. They are the safe bookings when you want the panorama and a meal worth remembering.
Which Dubai view restaurants are worth the money?
The ones where the food would stand on its own: Al Muntaha and Ossiano for the Michelin kitchens, Prime68 for the skyline steak, SUSHISAMBA for Nikkei on the Palm. The sky-high novelties like At.mosphere and Aura are best treated as a one-time experience.
Are these view rankings sponsored?
No. Nobody paid to be on this list. The tiers synthesize real published sentiment from the MICHELIN Guide Dubai, What's On, Time Out, Gulf News and Gault&Millau, weighed against value, and community tiers from actual app users layer in over time.
